If you don't remember the password you registered with in LALIGA FANTASY, on the Login screen, just below the password field, you will find the "Forgot Password" button. Click on it, and we will send you an email so you can set a new password. Additionally, here is a guide answering the most frequently asked login questions:
1. Recovering password with social login
This option is only available if you registered in Fantasy using an email and password. If you registered using a social network (Facebook) or through Google or Apple, we cannot recover your password because we do not store or have access to that data. In these cases, you must go to the social network you used or your Google or Apple account and change the login password there. After that, you can open the Fantasy app and log in using Facebook/Apple ID/Google.
2. I have multiple accounts, and the app logs in with the same account without letting me choose
You need to go to your device's browser, access www.google.com, and log out. It is possible that you have an active session with one of your emails, and when you open the Fantasy app, it automatically logs in with that account. What you need to do is sign out of your Google account and reopen the Fantasy app. When you log in with Google again, it will prompt you to select the Gmail account you want to use.
3. Validation email
When you try to reset your password or create a new account, you should receive an email with a link to verify your identity. If you don't receive it, make sure you entered your email correctly and check your spam folder. If you registered using Facebook, Google, or Apple ID, your account is a social login, so no validation is required, and you won't receive the link. If after checking all this, you still don’t receive the validation email, report it to support, including the date and approximate time of the password reset request or account creation. Use the subject line: "Validation email not received".
4. Password recovery procedure
Open the app, go to "I already have an account," and below the password field, click on "Forgot Password." You will be directed to a screen where you need to enter the email address you registered with. After clicking "Continue," a reset link will be sent to that email, allowing you to set a new password.
Your new password must be between 8 and 15 characters long and must include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one symbol, and one number.
This procedure is valid only if you signed up directly with "Create an account with your email." It does not apply if you registered with Google/Facebook/Apple ID, as these are social logins, and we cannot recover your password in these cases. (See point 1 in the login help section).
5. I have multiple email accounts and don’t remember which one I used
For security and data protection reasons, we cannot provide users with email or password information if we cannot verify the account ownership. Only the account owner can request this data.
We recommend trying the password recovery process with the possible emails you might have used. If the email is not registered, you will see a message saying, "User does not exist." If it is a social login, you will see a message indicating that the account is linked to a social login. This can help you identify which email you used or rule out incorrect ones.
6. I used social login to register and want to stop using it
If you registered in Fantasy using a social login and no longer want to access Fantasy this way, you must remove the access permissions via Facebook, Google, or Apple’s respective websites. Check the terms of these providers to learn how to revoke Fantasy’s access.
Keep in mind that this will only prevent you from logging into Fantasy with social login, but your account will still exist. If you want to delete it permanently, please contact us.
