To report a user in a public league, follow these steps:

Via the App:
- Go to the "Support" section.
- Select "Report a Cheater" from the dropdown menu.
- Fill in the required information.

Via Email:
- Send an email to support@laligafantasy.zendesk.com with the manager's name.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the cheating behavior.
- Attach screenshots as proof of the violation.
Once you submit the report, the game organizer will review the case and decide if the reported user should be sanctioned.
⚠ Important: If a user is reported more than once in the same season, they may be permanently banned from the game and will not be allowed to register again.
Reasons for Expulsion from a Public League
To ensure fair play and a respectful competition environment, the following actions will result in expulsion:
- Using an offensive avatar and/or nickname that is disrespectful to other participants or a specific user.
- Swapping entire teams between two managers to protect players with a red lock and avoid clause activations.
- Buying/selling players at prices significantly higher than their market value. Both the manager making the offer and the one accepting it will be penalized, as this creates an unfair advantage by generating excessive money irregularly.
Account Deletion
A user can delete their account at any time by following these steps:
- Open the app and go to the "Profile" section from the side menu.
- Enter "Consent Management."
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account."
- Read the consequences of account deletion and confirm by clicking "Delete Account."
Account Deletion Restrictions:
- Once deleted, the user cannot re-register for 6 months.
- If they attempt to re-register without receiving a confirmation email, they may be permanently banned.
- If repeated account deletions and re-registrations occur, LALIGA reserves the right to permanently blacklist the user, preventing them from accessing the game in the future.
