This section provides information and guidance on how to classify your report based on the type of support you need.
Once you enter the "Support" or "Help" section, depending on the platform you are using (iOS, ANDROID, or WEB), you will see a dropdown menu with the following options:

SUGGESTIONS: Use this option to submit ideas for improving the game, new features you’d like to see, or changes you’d like to be made.

REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION: Select this option if you want to delete your Fantasy profile. Keep in mind that once you request deletion, you will lose all points and teams. In the "Email" field, enter the email address you want to remove.

REPORT A CHEATER: Use this option to report users engaging in unfair activities that affect the integrity of the game.
- In the "Email" field, enter your email so we can respond to your report.
- In the "Select League" field, enter the name of the league where the reported manager is cheating.
- In the "Manager Name" field, enter the alias of the manager you are reporting.
- In the "Message" field, explain the cheating behavior.
- Attach relevant screenshots as evidence of the violation.

POINTS/MONEY ISSUES: Use this option to report any issues with matchday points, total scores, or ranking discrepancies. You can also report concerns related to earned money.
- Do not use this option to report player rating issues—there is a separate section for that called "PLAYER STATISTICS & SCORES."

PLAYER STATISTICS & SCORES: Use this section to report any discrepancies in player statistics and ratings, such as assists, points, goals, cards, etc.

DIVISIONS/RANKING ISSUES: Report any issues or concerns related to category changes (promotion or relegation).

ACCESS ISSUES: Use this section to report any login or access problems with the app.

MARKET & TRANSFER ISSUES: Report any problems related to the transfer market, such as market offers, player signings, release clauses, market renewals, etc.

GAMEPLAY/GENERAL FUNCTIONALITY QUESTIONS: If you have any questions about the game, how to use the app, its features, or general functionality, use this section to ask.

OTHER ISSUES: If your issue does not fit into any of the categories above, use this option to describe your problem.
