What are the options offered through the FANTASY Store?
The ‘Store’ can be accessed via the side menu of the App. Select this option to view the
available products.
- Fantasy Premium Access
You will be able to purchase Premium access by clicking on the ‘Fantasy Premium Access’
card, which will enable you to create a Premium League or convert one of your existing
leagues into a Premium League.
- Play without ads
Clicking on the ‘Play without Ads’ card gives you the option of subscribing to enjoy Fantasy
without ads.
How do I make a payment in the store?
In-store payments are managed via the relevant processes corresponding to your device's
own operating systems, whether the App Store or Google Play. You must have a credit /
debit card associated with your device account. You must meet the legal age requirements
established by Apple or Google to make payments through their platforms.
Can I see my purchases on other devices?
All purchases made in the FANTASY Store are associated to the username you used to sign in to the game.
You can see them on any device that you sign in to (iOS, Android or web), provided you are using the same user account.
I cannot see my purchases
Remember that all of your purchases are associated to the username you use when signing in to Fantasy.
Make sure that you’ve signed in correctly, using Facebook, Google, Apple or your email address. If you are still unable to see them, please contact us via our support form.
What do I do if I have a problem with the payment?
As payments are managed directly by Apple or Google, any issues you have in this regard
should be addressed to the relevant help / claims section for each store.

Can I request a refund for the purchase of a Premium token access?
LALIGA FANTASY App does not allow you to request a refund for a Premium token access.
Refunds are managed by Apple or Google, therefore, you must access the relevant store on
your device and check whether the payment you have made can be refunded according to
the refund policies of that store.
Can I access the store via the website?
The store option is not currently available on the Fantasy website. When you visit the
website you will be prompted to download one of our applications to make purchases.
How can I find out how many Premium access tokens I have available?
You can check the number of access tokens you have available in the store section.
I have changed my device, what happens with my purchases?
Don’t worry, any purchases made are associated with your user profile and can, therefore,
be accessed when you log in on another device.
