What are ad-free Fantasy Manager subscriptions and how do they work?
This feature allows you to enjoy Fantasy Manager without advertising. For the payment
of a monthly fee you can use the App without having to see ads.
The subscription covers a period of one month at the end of which it is automatically
renewed.
Who can subscribe?
The subscription service is open to users of legal age residing in Spain. Subscribers must
have a credit or debit card issued by a Spanish bank or linked to an iTunes account.
How is the payment made?
Payment will be made through the account associated with your device, be it the App Store
or Google Play. Subscribers must have a credit / debit card linked to the account.
The ad-free Fantasy Manager subscription fee will be charged once a month
corresponding to the day you subscribed. If the billing date is scheduled for a day that does
not exist in all months (for example, the 31st), you will be charged on the last day of that
month.
When is the subscription renewed?
The subscription is renewed automatically. In the event that the user does not wish their
subscription to be automatically renewed, it will need to be cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current subscription period. The renewed subscription will be charged
on the same day the subscription begins.
How do I unsubscribe?
If you would like to cancel your subscription and continue enjoying Fantasy Manager
WITH advertising, you need to go to the account settings section of the relevant device,
access the purchased subscription and submit your cancellation request.
Subscription fee refunds
If you subscribed using an iOS device, you need to go to the following URL,
https://support.apple.com/es-es/HT204084 and request a refund. You must first confirm
whether the purchased product is eligible for a refund according to Apple's refund policies.
If you subscribed using an ANDROID device and wish to cancel, you can request a refund
during the first 48 hours by accessing your account settings. Further information is available

After the initial 48 hours, if you subscribed using an ANDROID device you can contact us as
follows:
- Go to the ‘Settings’ menu in the app
- Select ‘Manage Subscription’ and ‘Request Refund’
- Select the reason from the drop-down menu and include an additional comment
- Press ‘Send’
You will receive a confirmation message indicating that you will receive a response within 72
hours.
What happens if I change devices and have an active subscription?
The subscription is associated with your user profile and can therefore be enjoyed on any
iOS, Android or internet device by logging on with your user information.
I do not have access to the device I used to purchase my subscription
If you do not have access to the device on which you purchased the subscription and you
wish to cancel it, you can do so on another device that is linked to your Google or iOS
account.
I have changed devices and want to cancel my subscription
A subscription can only be managed via the account through which the payment was made.
If you made the payment using an Android device you will not be able to manage it from an
iOS device, and vice versa. In this case you should contact Apple or Google using their own
respective contact forms.
